Considering Añasco zona urbana vs Atlanta -help me decide

So, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Raleigh about 12 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are developing, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I love the pace of life here. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
