Rent in Aberdeen getting crazy
Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $344,500, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,669/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Aberdeen? Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
