OK so Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 16.7%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $1,024/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
