Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 18 months ago and Median household income is $52,181, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
