Hello, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $788/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $136,000, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
