Anyone regret moving to Abilene?

I've been here for 6 years and The median home value here is around $178,900, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The dating scene is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
