Random thought, You can expect to pay around $1,106 for rent here. Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
