Is Absecon still affordable?
Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 6 years and With a population of 9,099, Absecon is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
