Affordable areas near Ada?

OK so Rent is about $888/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $169,300, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
