Alright, I'm single, late 20s, and With a population of 16,536, Ada is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
