The median home value here is around $189,100, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.

- Plenty of shopping options

- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Far from major airports
- Homelessness issues downtown
