Is Addis getting better or worse?

So, You can expect to pay around $1,451 for rent here. The median home value here is around $242,300, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective.

I work in real estate here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is solid. Good luck with whatever you decide..
