Addison housing prices -when will it stop?

OK so Median household income is $82,858, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $466,000 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Moved here from Miami about 12 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to cost of living but Definitely worth checking out..

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've lived in The Heights for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The food scene scene is decent

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for remote workers. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
