Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,717 for rent here. With a population of 17,128, Addison is a small town. Rent is about $1,717/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Addison sits at 489.6 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks! The suburbs are where most families end up.
