Just moved to Adel, any tips?

Hey folks, We have two kids and Rent is about $929/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $136,900 on average. With a population of 5,619, Adel is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
