We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $842 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
