OK so I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $318,300, which seems about average. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. No regrets on my end..
