OK so The unemployment rate is 6.3%, which is concerning. Rent is about $1,389/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Adelanto? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
