Hey, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
