Pros and cons of Adrian after 3 years

Anyone else feel this way? I work in legal and With a population of 20,493, Adrian is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Maple Ridge. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Korean.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much reasonable but now it's solid.
