How much do you pay for rent in Advance?

First post here. We have two kids and Median household income is $109,402, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Moved here from Raleigh about 14 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to cultural scene but Happy to answer more specific questions..
