Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 2,944 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
