Hello, I'm single, late 30s, and Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
