Hey, Household incomes average around $13,125 in Aguadilla zona urbana. You can expect to pay around $336 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a writer who relocated here from Tampa about 1 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and weather.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are competitive, gas is surprisingly good.
Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I work in education here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is excellent. No regrets on my end..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The public transit is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
