So, It's a a small town city with about 11,060 people. The median home value here is around $106,300, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
