Freelancing from Aguadilla zona urbana -experience?

Hey, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 54.8%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The weather is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
