Internet providers in Aguadilla zona urbana?

Alright, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $106,300, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Aguadilla zona urbana?

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Uptown area are tough. Kids love it here.
