Is Aibonito zona urbana good for remote workers?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Aibonito zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $111,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
