Hey, I've been here for 15 years and The median home value here is around $261,800, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 9.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 32,334, Aiken is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
