Random thought, I work in education and It's a a small town city with about 10,082 people. Rent is about $1,468/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $101,868 in Airmont. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
