Akron housing prices — when will it stop?

OK so I'm a teacher here and It's a a mid-size city city with about 190K people. Average temperature is around 53°F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 190K, Akron is a mid-size city. Household incomes average around $48,544 in Akron. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
