Moving from Charlotte to Akron next month

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 14 months ago and The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Dallas it's tough.
