I've been here for 7 years and Rent is about $1,375/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
