Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 33,633 people. Household incomes average around $90,163 in Alabaster. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
