Longtime lurker here, Homes are going for about $285,700 on average. Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
