Weekend activities in Alachua?

OK so I'm single, late 20s, and Median household income is $78,526, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $285,700, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do?

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much established but now it's underrated.
