Best apartments in Alafaya under ?

First post here. Military spouse here. Median household income is $98,289, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in East. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
