OK so My partner and I are Rent is about $1,834/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,834 for rent here. Household incomes average around $98,289 in Alafaya. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
