Crime rate is something to consider -Alafaya sits at 149.5 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,834 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
