Best industries in Alamance right now

Just moved here 3 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 1,358 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this?

Bought a house here in 2024 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
