Moving from Sacramento to Alamo next month

Hey folks, Median household income is $250,001, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 14,441, Alamo is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Alamo?

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Uptown area are decent. Kids love it here.
