OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $163,600 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,063 people. Median household income is $52,515, which feels on the lower side for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
