So, Just moved here 6 months ago and The median home value here is around $1,188,600, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 19,768 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
