So, I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $1,188,600 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
