Not sure if this has been asked before, but With a population of 1,972, Albany is a small town. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $610 for rent here. Poverty rate is 21.4%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
