How much do you pay for rent in Albany?

It's a a smaller city city with about 56,773 people. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
