How are the schools in Albertville?

Hey folks, Rent is about $815/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $815 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much manageable but now it's hit or miss.

I've lived in Highland for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The safety scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. No regrets on my end..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Oak Park area are solid. Kids love it here.
