Is Albertville walkable?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Albertville sits at 106.2 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input.

I work in marketing here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is surprisingly good. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 1 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to public transit but No regrets on my end..
