Hello, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $815/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 22,584 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
