Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Albion sits at 945.4 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
